my account was limited, I have sent the document I was asked it was ID card copy and the proof of adrress. Got the letter that my account is back to normal... and a few minutes later I have got one more letter that I need to sent other document with the proof of adrress. I have found the bank account statement and I do not know where to sent it... When I log in to my paypal account it is written
You're all set, and your account is back to normal.
But is not back to normal I cant sent money and etc. Please help me.
