account limited don't know what to do

 so my account has been limited due to a dispute i had with a customer which has been resolved, i had to send in id and that was accepted but when i woke up the next morning to check on it, it says that i need to submit one more document to make sure its me, but there was no resolve button next to confirm identity and it said it was already completed when i didnt send anything else in, so i add a copy of my birth certificate under add files and it only comes in under Add and Confirm a Bank Account no matter what i select. its been 4-5 days since this and no response from paypal besides automated email responses.
