a seller has just emailed me to say they could not proceed because my account was not confirmed contact paypal and confirm my account but paypal says my address is confirmed because iv had deliveries to it and my accounts are verified what should i do???
Your address being confirmed or not has no longer has any relevance on the seller being covered for Seller Protection. Once their transaction is marked as Seller Protection eligible then they can ship to you. Ask that they ship the item, and if they refuse then request a refund.
