What is going on?

I have had this paypal account for a very long time and today I am being asked for copies of offficial documents.

1.  my account should be in my name but its in my wifes

2. it wasnt changed to my knowledge to my wifes details by uploading documents

3. I am not allowed to change it back

4. someone has tried to send money today and it didnt get there.

I am seriously worried that the last time I tried to sort this out was was fobbed off with some rubbish and allowed to continue using my account dispite informing the powers that be it was wrond and I dont know how long its been wrong for.

I need to sort this out as someone has tried to send me some money and when I went to check it hasn't arrived and wait for it is asking for id. given the length of time i have had this account you think someone would look at seriously trying to help out.

But I am unable to progress things at all and don't know if it is just best to start from scratch.

I can never get hold of anyone to discuss it, I suspect due the issue about it currently showing in my wifes name rather than mine, although it shouldn't .

HELP ME PLEASE as whats the best way forward.

This is stupid, so i setup a new account but I cant add my bank card thats been associated with the other account since god only knows how long.

So my bank card as always as been assigned to what appear to be my wifes account, but it isnt hers.

I cant delete my bank account, but could delete my debit cards.

I can add my debit card to me new account but not the bank account as its assigned to this account

this is doing my nut in and no one seems to eb able to help.

Monarch means no ones free to sort this out and again I tried to sort this out before and couldnt be helped then either.

Extremley narked I am being treated this way. not at all impressed.

his is ridiculous I cant get anything sorted, and this is the problem everytime the system messes up.

I need top know how I get hold of someone to sort this mess before the stress kills me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
