Request for removing temporary holds placed on payments

Dear PayPal,

we kindly please you to remove holds on our future sales. We are proud to say that we have worked really hard for last 100 days to prove that we are reliable online store. We have fulfilled all requirements for our account to be released of 30 day money holds.

This is what we have achieved thus far:

- We have established our presence on eBay as a legitimate online store selling fantastic quality products to our valued customers. - It's almost 100 days passed since our first sale on eBay (We have sold our first item on 26. August) - On our last evaluation, you requested that we receive over $10,000 USD in commercial payments. We are proud to say that we have generated over $18,000 USD in commercial payments in last 90 days, with almost 200 items sold and our sales keeps going up.
- As we sell over $3,000 USD per month, our account already achieved Merchant status with lower fee value applied, and we expect to achieve next merchant level soon. Also we have become recognized as power seller on eBay.
- We have 100% positive satisfactory feedback from our customers, our customers are extremely happy with our products and they keep coming back to our store to buy more.
- We never had any limitations on our account. Only one chargeback case was opened by card holders bank and was closed by PayPal in our favor.
- All eventual disputes/item returns or any kind of issues with our customers are always closed in positive way resulting in both sides happy, as we always take good care for our valued customers, even when sometimes there are very difficult customers, but we always manage to sort out any issues to full customer satisfaction. Our current 100% positive feedback proves that, and we are very proud because of that.


Our store is CLOSED now, as we can not pay for goods anymore. We need paypal to remove our holds, and make our witheld money available, so we can pay for goods and open our store again.

 
PayPal CAN'T ignore our reqest any longer, we have fulfilled EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT NECESSARY, PLEASE RELEASE OUR ACCOUNT AND OUR MONEY !
