I fully agree with yourself. When uploading the documents you don’t get any real aknolegdment that they have recived anything and how long it should take. Just to update I have since phoned PayPal whom advised that I had uploaded the documents but they hadn’t been sent to review it has to be done manually. So, if I didn’t phone I could have been waiting years and years
