Paypal ID and address verification problem

Hi there,

I've recently received notification from paypal, thet my account is limited and I need to verify ID and address. There's no problem with ID, because my pasport has English designations. But I have problem with address proofing. First of all, I live in Kazakhstan, so all data here is in Russian and Kazakh.

Secondly, I don't own place I live in, so no bills  on my name. 

Is there any way for me to proof my address?

Also, for unknown reason, I don't have this case link nowhere on Resolution Center page. Btw, case ID is PP-006-119-410-912.

Do you have a UK or Kazakhstan paypal account?

Kazakhstan account. But there's no Kazakh PayPal community, sorry.

No its not a problem posting here, I was just confused when you said 'because my pasport has English designations'.

I thought maybe you were using a UK paypal account internationally.

Paypal may accept a bank account or card statement with your address on.

'Paypal may accept a bank account or card statement with your address on.' - but those wont be in English. Will PayPal accept my translation?
