Hi, I need to change my name on my Paypal account back to my maiden name. So I rang and after a conversation with Mark at Paypal was advised to upload copies of my marriage certificate and deed poll, along with my out of date passport (in my married name) along with the only other valid photo id I have (in my maiden name) through to Paypal. Along with a current mobile phone credit agreement statement which is in my maiden name, as he said the more information I sent through the better. Yesterday I received a message from Paypal stating that they can't process my request due to me not sending correct information! They have said I need to send through a copy of valid photo id in current name (maiden name), along with a statement that I wish to change my name. The issue seems to be around my photo id as the only thing I have now with my photo on is my Disability Blue Parking Badge which is what I sent through. I don't drive anymore, nor have a valid passport and dont have access to my birth certificate, so what can I do? Feeling fed up 😫
