My accounts get banned because some hacker logs in on it?

So i just got a message that my account has been set to inactive because of activity that was suspicious

since i just made this account 3 days ago and i NEVER confirmed the bank i guessed that it would be ok to make a second account since this account had no balance

but now i try to make a second account and the bank account i try to link which i NEVER confirmed on this account, cant be used on the second account

absolute **bleep** and **bleep** me off 

1) why is my account limited? 

2) how come i cant use my bank account again when i never confirmed it on another account

1. Because you are only allowed 2 accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business I guess AND you opened a second account when your first one had been limited.

2. If you added it to the other account and did not remove it then you would not be able to use it on a second account.

it says suspicious behaviour which i dont know whats up with that

i still want a legit answer from someone who actually understands the situation
