Hey, my account was limited yesterday and to help lift it i was asked for a bank statement, my driving license and to confirm my card via a £1 fee to my bank. I was told after i had given these things that my account will stay suspended as i was under 18 when the account was made, fair enough, but im older than 18 now (and have been for a while) and the email suggested making a new account.
I have two questions, the £1 fee i can now not get refunded because Paypal stop withdrawls when youre account was limited (so why was i told to do this if there was a chance i cannot even get my 1 pound back)
And second, how would i go about making a new account if my two main emails and my bank account are linked to this limited account, and am unable to remove them (again cos Paypal stop that when youre limited )
