Hi there,
So basically about 4 months ago I exceeded 2.500$ and PayPal asked for more information.
I went to the Resolution Center and I attached a National ID card, a Bank Statement and a Driving License, and pressed Resolve.
I haven't got any kind of response and this three months I kept pressing resolve but nothing happend.
Today my account got limited, so I can't transfer money and so on.
I pressed Resolve again, it says
Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days.
but then if I refresh and go back to resolution center the status is Waiting for your responsve.
What's going on?

Why not ring customer services and ask them??

I've just sent a message from the Message Center (Customer Support), and it says they'll get back in 24 hours.
The message i've sent is supposed to be visible in the Message Center for me? ( it says You currently have no messages.and I haven't received any email confirming that I've contacted customer support or anything )

And i doubt you will get a reply anyway.
If you want things sorted you need to call customer services, if you don't want to then thats up to you.

I found this number 00353 1 436 9111 but it looks like a number from Ireland.
Isn't any international/US number? I'll be using Skype to call.

You are posting on the UK forum so i presumed you were actually IN the UK.
In the UK its a freephone number from any landline.
You just click on ''contact us'' bottom of every paypal page for the number.
