Yesterday i hade a notification that i need to provide additional information due to EU legistaltion, which is all fine and well, so i up loaded all the required information, regarding my company, however paypal is still showing as waiting for my response, does any one know if this will update, as i dont want to leave this too long. any help would be much appreciated

It sounds like both of you may have begun approaching the receiving limit with your account. Don't worry, this is a normal review process which occurs for all customers who are receiving payments through PayPal.
When this happens, we generally ask for a proof of ID and proof of address, as a part of our commitment to comply with EU anti-money laundering and 'Know Your Customer' regulations.
If your accounts are still functioning as normal and you are still able to send and receive money, this means your account has been flagged with a warning. With a warning, your case is reviewed within 7-30 days. If your account becomes limited because you have reached the receiving limit, your account will be reviewed as a priority within 72 hours.
