My account is limited because PayPal needs proof of my I.D. I uploaded my documents three weeks ago and they posted a message saying that they would get back to me within a few days. Everytime I try to e-mail the stupid wankers I just get an automated message telling me to telephone them but I am DEAF.

I am experiencing the same thing. Its driving me insane as no one from Pay Pal seems to be helping. I have 8 automated replies but no esponse from anyone who is able to help. I am not very good on the phone and would prefer it sorting online.Ptting in a formal complaint takes 3 weeks for a response. SORT IT PAYPAL
