I've been through the verification process however I tried to sell an item on eBay and it says that I need to either verify my account or link my eBay and paypal account, both of which I have done??? I have been able to list 2 items but that's it and now I'm slightly confused. I can't even see my limits on my eBay account to see if I have exceeded them, which is highly unlikely considering I've only listed 2 items. Can someone please help me as it's so frustrating?!?
If you’re verified on PayPal, have linked your eBay to PayPal and are still receiving this message then I would advise you to contact eBay directly as it sounds like an issue on their side.
You can contact eBay by click ‘Contact Us’ at the top of the page on your eBay account and choose the support method that you'd like to use.
