Hello i got my account limited on 27 July 2015 for possible unauthorised account access, the limitation has been since then and not removed. Paypal needs some more information from me, in the Resolution Center the final issue i have to resolve is link and confrim your credit/debit card. I click the resolve button, i enter my card numbers but when i submit it gives me an error saying that my account is limited and i cannot add an credit card. Please help me.
