How do I identify a payment

I've just checked my bank and I have paid PayPal £118.66 on the 4th of January. 

I have a customer reference and it seems to be a standing order. 

I can't identify it by the reference number and it isn't showing yet in my Paypal transactions. 

How can I find out who it has been paid to and what it is for?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.

Ok did this. There's no payment information for this amount there?

so still don't know what it is for. 

Any further ideas?
