Account limited

hi

i sold some items on ebay over the weeknd and then was told by paypal that my accunt had been limited until I had uploaded photo id, proof of address etc. I uploaded these and told they where fine but it was also asking me for proof of business. I am not a business and explained this to guy on the phone. He said I didnt need this and would change it but it is still there and is still asking me for it! I have also been asked to provide invoices for the goods i sold but I have explained twice over the phone that they were either giifts or got long time ago and so have no invoices. What exactly am i suposed to do now as I have money in my paypal account that i need but cant access it!

Only customer services can answer that one for you.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page if there is one in the country you are in. > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
