I receive an email inform me the following :

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

06-Oct-2015: We've noticed some changes to your usual account activity and we need to confirm some of your account information.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-004-227-732-409.)

How can I get my account access restored?
It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest transactions.

To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your account until the issue is resolved, go to the Resolution Centre.

We'll review the information you provide and email you if we need more details or when your account is back to normal.

Once you have completed all the checklist items, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We will send you an email with the outcome of the review.
