if that the only way I can get my money. I thought I could just rquest a check and get my money, I didn't know I had to add a credit card in order to do that to. So now i have money in my paypal account that I can't even get out. 😞

You must prove who you are, it's part of the process.    This is no different than trying to cash a check, businesses have the right to ask for identification.

If your finacial world ios in pretty good order there are a couple of easy things you can do.

 Fist, you can do this with a debit card.  I have never hade a credit card and I have been doing business on ebay and buying and reeiving paypents vis paypal for as long as there has been PayPal.

 No kidding.

You need a bank account.

 If you are a student any where ank of America and many other banks offer free checking to students.

That's no fees, if you NEED checks... and almost no one does any more, then you buy those but they are NOT manditopry.

 You just need your card  which is insured and acts just like a credit card, except you must have money in your bank account to use it.

Ebay and Paypal will accept that as proof of who you are.

 They will verify your account by making a couple of tiny depostits... they used to do this any way... if something like .18 cents... small.

Then you are counted a real boy.

Once you are so establish apply for the PayPal debit card.You will be sent another debit card, just like the bank card, only from PayPal.

 You will be able to move money between PaPal and your Bank acct, but it will take THREE days minimum.

 have payPal mail you a check... the WILL charge you for that.

 You can draw funds out of an atm with the PayPal debit, but there will be fees.

 $3 - $5 bucks!

Best bet, and the one I use more often than any , is while I'm at the grocery I'll buy something small and when asked if I want cahs back I say yes.

 There is NO EXTRA FEE to do this.

Your bank debit AND you payPal debit cards will BOTH work for this anywhere that offers the "Cash back?" option. 

 Now... I had some friends who fell on topugh times and wee not able to have a checking account for a while.

 They found a prepaid debt card offer some where.

 I have no details on that sort of thing, so I suggest Google.

The husband paints Warhammer Tanks, beautiful murals on placti models! .. which was about half their mainstay income. So they could not do without ebay and paypal.

 They are in good standing will everyone and have a real bank account now, but I mention their problem to show just about anything can be done, clear and legal.

So I have now spent almost $450, over the last 2 years, on prepaid debit cards and everyone of them is refused by PAYPAL.

All of these cards have been disabled in PayPal.  If you try to enter the ACH direct deposit info from any of these cards Paypal rejects it.  All of these have been disabled in EBay as well.

Paypal denied my application for their prepaid debit M/C.

So any idea how to get to or use the almost $3,900 in my account?   The $50 weekly spending limit is rather restrictive. 

Sure I seem to be earning interest on the balance but what good does that do me if I can't access it?

I have even tried closing my account.  Paypal will not close my account because I have a balance.  They will not send a check because I am not verified.

Customer service refuses to help, seeing as soon as I give them my account info I simply get hung up on.

Suggestions?????

Wow thats one huge list of rejected cards. I too have a Walmart Visa debit card and figuring it would work on PayPal but of course it doesnt. So now I am stuck with money on this card that I bought for the sole purpouse to buy one thing however they go through PayPal for there purchasing. Is there anything that I can do to get this card to work on PayPal? Are there any prepaid cards that do work on PayPal?
