Every time I try to send funds through paypal using an E-CHECK it seams to have a mind of it's own. Each time I click more funding options it's a guessing game if the E-CHECK option is listed as one of the choices. There is no rhyme or reason to the availability. I have tried it with and without cash in my paypal account. I have asked paypal several time in emails and on the phone and anybody that has ever tried asking them a question knows what help that is! If anyone has info please let me know..
