what if a buyer does not respond to the despute?

i have a buyer disputing 2 payments made to me and they seem to not be responding.
what if they dont respond at all? how long does the dispute stay on?

They are given a time limit(no more than 1-2 weeks) to respond. If they didn't response within the time limit, then you won the case.
