How can i verify my account if it says the account is already used on pay pal but i'm the only one with the account? I'm confused. What did I do wrong?
You need to have PayPal's Customer Service look at your Account. They can tell you what is going on.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
