shipping calculator not there

I previously set up my shipping fees, now I need to go back and adjust fees and locations, I navigate to the shipping calculator, click on it and it keeps taking me back to "Profile Summary"  What happened to the calculator? This is frustrating the snot out of me!  HELP!

Suggest opening a Support Ticket, you need someone to look at your Account.   That's not something that can be done via the forum.
