I recently changed my email address. I changed it for everything. But when i started some autions my old email address was in the aution form. **dont see why it wasnt updated to my profile address** anyways. I sold 3 items. 2 buyers canceled the payment to the old non existing address and i sent them a money request through paypal. All is fine and good. But one buyer paid with a gift card and is telling me that they cant get thier money back? How can this be. Even if it is a non loadable gift card would paypal not just credit the amount to thier account? Im not sure what this person should do? I shipped the other 2 items with free shipping just for the inconvenience and intend to do the same with the 3rd person. How long does it take paypal to credit the account.
