im starting a new record store online. i want to pay for shipping through the funds i receive in my paypal account. the problem is that i dont have a printer. is there a way i can pay for shipping and labels, and have that verified at my local usps location? basically i would go there with my order ready to ship, they would see that I already paid for shipping and labels through their system, and they would apply the labels there?
