Can you tell Im mad? paypal let me get scammed with their idea of an investigation. The seller refused to take the items back (really bad stuff) so I made a claim at paypal to get back my 143.00 a few days later after I refused the 20.00 offer from the seller paypal sent me an email to send back the box (9 lbs) to the seller and send paypal the confirmation number. This was the priority flat rate bx for 10.00 plus 1.80 for the green confirmation slip. The box wasnt scanned,no where! So paypal instead of contacting the seller to see if it arrived sent out a email to me and the buyer that there was no record of that confirmation number and the case was closed.I reopened the case(appeal) and ask paypal to ask the seller if the pkg had arrived.I had to call a couple of times to remind them to do so.Not at anytime has paypal let me see what the seller was saying.Paypal again closed the claim.I called and found out the seller said No,it had not arrived. There was no way, that pkg. had an accident or was lost,I wrapped it to make sure that didnt happen. All priority boxes are carted not thrown loose in mail trucks, they are treated better then all other mail.Had paypal just ask the seller,Did you get the pkg." first "instead of my begging them to do so,after the claim was closed, the seller may have answered differently.I cant help the post office didnt scan the pkg.I paid for the confirmation, thats all I could do. paypal let me down, and Im out of 153.00 total.

If the shipment was never scanned it sounds like the problem was with the post office, not paypal.
Also, you can't wrap the package up in any way that prevents it from being lost or being involved in an accident.
The seller said it didn't arrive. Either the seller is dishonest, or it really didn't arrive, either way, paypal still isn't the problem. I don't see how you think paypal asking sooner would have made the seller say the package was received.

Also, a package is scanned at Several different locations before it arrives at the destination, I don't see how the package could have missed every scan and still arrived.

The paypal claim investigation took too long. The seller has been dishonest from day 1.And yes I can wrap a package so it isnt accidented.
The scan is used from point A to point B It went out by air.
