Ebay buyer claims he is not receiving the multiple invoices I have sent. He does rec messages, though. I accept only Paypal payment. Any ideas why we are having problems?
Are you saying the buyer is receiving the invoice but, is not able to pay? If yes, check your Account Profile settings, under Selling Preferences, look at what you have configured for PayPal Receiving Preferences. It's possible one of those settings is causing your issue.
If no, what messages is the buyer receiving? Also, are you using the right email address?
