how do i cancel?
note: this is NOT a transfer to paypal, it is a transfer FROM paypal!! I want to stop the transfer so I still have $$ in my account.
You can't stop the transfer.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
