You would think paypal would be smart enough to be USER FRIENDLY   NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT  Call them and talk to someone that doesn't speak good english.

I didnt have a problem calling or understanding them. But i guess it depends on who answers your call. But.. what customer service can you call now days and speak to someone who is fluent in English ? Even our " American owned, American run" net works and associations have foriengers for customer service. Not that i have a problem with them, just they should have to speak  English fluently and bebale to comprahind it.

Hello,

I have used paypal for 8 years now without a problem.

Have I always like the claim process they provide...NO.....But ultimately is Paypal fair and very safe to use?...YES.

It seems like you are failing to provide all the facts.

If you sent 350.00 to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS THAN IT WAS YOU WHO INPUT THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS.

Paypal does not MAKE UP email addresses and send your money to the wrong people.

OK...taking your account at face value....your money WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS....and forgetting WHOS FAULT IT WAS for the moment......All you have to do is file a Claim.

The person or got your money would have to SHIP YOU THE GOODS YOU PAID FOR. Since they are not the corrct seller , then it's clear they can not do that, and you should win your claim and get your money back.

I did not send the payment to the wrong email, I sent 2 payments to the correct recipient, because I was told payment was not received.

Hello, Paypal payments are SENT TO and RECEIVED FROM EMAIL ADDRESSES. THAT IS THE VERY BASIS OF THE WHOLE BUSINESS. You were provided and email address to which to send your 1st payment. The moment you sent the payment, the funds were out of your account. When you were notified that the payment was not received, then you should have checked your paypal account immediately to verify the email address the first payment was sent to. If it was sent to the correct email address you should HAVE RECORDED THE TRANSACTION # AND SUPPLIED IT TO THE SELLER telling him that payment was already made and confirmed, and that he should SHIP THE GOODS. NO SECOND PAYMENT SHOULD EVEN HAVE BEEN MADE AND YOU SIMPLY CAN'T BLAME PAYPAL FOR THAT. NO OFFENSE, BUT ALL THE MONEY WAS OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND BY MAKING THE SECOND PAYMENT, YOU TOOK IT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN?????? WHO DOES THAT KIND OF THING????

COME ON!

I've been banking for 30 years and have never heard such.

You don't BUY if you don't have money or don't have a clue what you are paying.

i,ve been a power seller on Ebay for years and am getting more and more people that want to get out of a contract.

YOU COST THE SELLER MONEY!

IS THAT FAIR?

PAY UP!
