You can't. If you want to fund Paypal and don't want to use a checking account, you need to take cash to Walmart, ask for a PrePaid Cash Card called Green Dot Money Pak. Walmart charges you $4.64 to load money onto the card--can load up to $1100.00 (at Walmart only, other locations have this card available but the limit is $200.00 or $500.00). Then you go home & sign onto Paypal. Search for :Money PaK & it'll tell you how to transfere the funds to Paypal. Its an instant transfer -- no waiting for a money order to clear, no waiting for anything.
note: if you lose the card or the Walmart Receipt, you're out of luck. It's like CASH, don't lose it! Transfere it to Paypal or I guess you can use it to pay bills with also. But if you lose the card or the Walmart Receipt, it has no replacement process, it's like Cash, it's GONE. With Walmart KEEP THE RECEIPT! It's got your activation Number On it!
