how do i print out an annula statement showing my monthly income

I located the download section in my paypal account where it has my history of sales and purchases.

I want to print something showing what I have made throughout the year in sales on a monthly basis.

I only have excel and I have attempted to download but when I open up excel I can see everthing including my buyers email addresses and mailing addresses. All I want is a printout of my total annual income calculated on a monthly basis. Can someone please advise as to how I go about getting this done.

Unfortunally there's not a direct easy method to do what you have in mind.  Normally one has to download the a CSV file and extract what you need using Excel which does not always give us the information we need.   We learned some time back that is just easier to enter your sales in Quickbooks Pro.  Although one has to manually enter each sale, it's much more reliable than depending your Account Transaction History and the time spent entering the information in Quickbooks pays for itself when ever you need a report.  We now have a "complete" record of every sale and can acces years of history.   We only use the Account Transaction History for individual reference checks if needed.
