help getting on to my Grandpas old account for Grandma

so my Grandma is try to sign up for a pypal account but it says that the cedit card is all ready used and thats when she remeberd that my Grandpa who passed away a few years ago used the same card for his account but she doesnt now any of the info on the account is there any way for her to get ahold of the account info. i tried to call and talk to someone but couldnt figure it out
