There is no way the buyer should have the item in the first place. If someone pays you with an eCheck, you wait until the funds have been cleared and have been deposited into your PayPal Account Balance, then andf only then, you ship the item. If you did not follow that procedure, unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to help you.
