I made a purchase and used Paypal to pay for it. I got a message saying if I used Bill Me Later I would get $50 off. I just got my first Bill Me Later statement and it was for the full amount of the purchase. Am I missing something or should I contact Paypal?
I would contact them immediately to sort through this. I would not use e-mail as an option to communicate with them as it's a waste of time with canned computer responses.
