Voided a shipment , label printed in error. How do I get shipping fees refunded back to account?

Good morning,

Recently I printed a UPS shipping label via PayPal. I realized that the label was wrong so I voided it at the UPS site. I can find no way to refund my PayPal account for those shipping fees. Please help.
