How can I receive donations to my account? I saw the tut about the donation button, but I'm not sure that's what I'm after... I need a way to create a link that can be clicked on that will bring the prospect to my account. This is NOT a scam or anything, just need help.

Start by doing some homework.   You can find good detailed information on creating your Donation item button here.   Next, you will need either a Premier or Business Account.  Having either one of these Accounts will allow you to offer the donors the option of either paying with a credit card or opening/using a PayPal Account.   Also ensure that you sign up to use PayPal's Website Payments Standard.
