Does a credit card have to be confirmed in order for me to use it?
I added a mastercard gift card worth 50 dollars to my account, and it charged me a 1.95 "confirmation fee" and I see it charged on the balance, but there's supposed to be a code that I'm not getting.
Can I still use the rest of the money on this card? There's about 47 dollars left that I'd really like to be able to actually use.
