If I send a payment to a person through PayPal, will the servers keep that transaction for ever? I plan on using the services to send a bi-weekly payment to someone and I wanted to put a note on it on which payment this is for. But, if that person ever comes back and says that they didn't get a payment for a month about two years ago, I'd like to be able to go back to that history, print it out and give it to them for proof. Is this possible?
Don't rely on PayPal to save your data, the reporting functions have their limitations. If you want something done right, do it yourself. We learned a long time ago to manage our own sales records. Quickbooks Pro is the application of choice for many small businesses.
