Three of four times recently I purchased items from various vendors and selected that the transactions be completed using my credit card on file (and up to date). Each time, the transaction came through on my checking account even though I went through the "change funding options" page and specifically selected my Visa card - Why is this happening? Is Paypal trying to avoid the 3% credit card usage charge? Luckily it hasn't overdrawn my checking account yet - but I'm ready to stop using PayPal!
