Someno in the Bronx was interested in one of my listings. They want to pay me through paypal, and have me send the package to their friend in another country. Im afraid if i receive a payment, then send the package, there might be some way they can take their money back. Is this safe? Is there any way they can rip me off?
If this is person wants you to send it to another address, probably another country, don't do it. If he/she is so intent in sending to the other person, they shoul do it themselvs. Internationaly shipping can be very expensive and also purchasing delivery confirmation.
