I'm currently new to the whole paypal experience. I have a huge concern. I want to buy something from a seller on craiglists through PayPal. My worry is that after paypal transfers them the money and when I receive my package, its not what the seller said it was going to be. (i.e. fakes, damage goods, missing items, never receive the item.. etc). Is there a way for paypal to freeze the transaction so I can send it back without losing my money? Thank you for your time.
