Problems with cash back program link

I received an email this morning talking about the 5% cash back but you have to signup. The problem is that NONE of the links work. Is anyone else having this problem?

This was the error message I received to the links on the email. 

The requested URL /cashbackrewards/index.html/ was not found on this server.

yes, we had the same thing happen. I do not know what t do? Nor how to get the answers from paypal. they do not reply on the chat with the correct problem.
