People sending personal payments for purchases

I engage in a lot of sales on a forum for a specific hobby, and use Paypal almost exclusively for making and accepting payments. Since the fee schedule has changed, I've had a lot of people paying me via personal payments when I didn't ask them to. I account for Paypal fees when I decide how to price an item I'm selling, and them paying via personal payment really messes up my shipping process.

I worry that I'm going to get in trouble with paypal since using personal payments for goods is against the TOS, even though I didn't even WANT them to use personal payments. I've started specifically asking that they not use personal payments but sometimes even that doesn't work.

What should I do here?

As you are the Seller, you should be in control of the sale.   The Buyers should not be  using your email address and simply sending you money.   Your options are to either use a web page where as the buyes can purchase online via Buy Now or Add to Cart item buttons or use the Invoice Tool to send the buyer an email invoice.  You can also use the Request for Money feature.
