Tried to buy a product this AM. Order did not complete. Tried again thinking no order was made the first time. Now I have 2 orders that are not completed. There is no notation in the Order/Status column where I am supposed to click on to cancel the order. Would like to cancel both orders as they did not go through and the person on the billing is not the person that is stated on the website.
You can only cancel an "Unclaimed" payment that has a "Cancel" button. If the transaction has any other status, you will need to contact the recipient to request that they refund the transaction.
Sent payment to seller. It was never claimed and seller would not return correspondece. I was able to cancel the payment, but the funds had already been withdrawn from my account. When can I expect the money to be redeposited to my bank account from Paypal?
