Payment screen logo stop working

We had an image with the logo of the website displaying on the header of the subscription payment screen.

It was working fine.

We check back after a couple of weeks and it turns out that is is not working any more and the company name displays in bold arial text instead.

We haven't change anything, nor in the buttons, neither in the HTML code.

We tried moving the image to a different https location, using cpp_header_image, image_url parameters, both in the button editior and in the HTML code, making sure the image is of the right format and size (jpg 630X90) and nothing works.  We followed every step by the book.

Try testing with another type of item button, i.e. Buy Now or Add to Cart.  You should be able to that fairly easy.  See if you ge the same results.  If it works, then there may be an issue with Subscriptions.

Then open a Support Ticket here, this way you will find out if this a new glitch or current know issue.   Make sure you tell them this is a Subscription item button code.
