Paying mortgage with credit card

First time user.

I heard you can pay your mortgage via credit card on pay pal and collect the points and/or mileage.  Is there a 2.9% fee with each transaction?

Could you be more specific in your explanation? I want to pay my mortgage through my paypal account using my credit card. Where should I start for answers to this?
