PayPal won't accept buyers payment

This has happened before. I'm an occasional user of PayPal.I am in the US and I invoiced a buyer in Australia. When he tries to pay me PayPal tells him that there is something wrong at my end. I haven't tried this time yet but in the past when I contact paypal they tell me it is a problem at the buyers end. Once this starts I have uncover succeeded in getting the money to me through PayPal.

Anyone know what my problem is and how to fix it?

Make sure he has the correct spelling of the email address that is associated with your PayPal account.

Also, login to your PayPal account and see if there are funds waiting for you to approve/accept.

If you do not see any funds from him, then ask him to forward you a copy of the email showing the error message that he claimed to receive.

I want to know about this too...I have a Candian cutomer who is saying the same thing. Do we invoice in US dollars, or the recipient's currency?

You can invoice in either US dollars or Foreign currency.  Click on the "Inernational Currencies" tab on the bottom-left side of this page:
