I have a negative balance as a result of a liar and thief. I cannot get my item back and paypal has reversed the payment in thier favor. The funds were been put into my bank account and have been spent. Will they try to rip it out of my bank account or give me time to put the money back into my paypal?
More than likely they will try your backup funding source (aka bank or possibily debit card shortly). If you fail to repay and your backup funding is not able to recover their losses I can assure you a collection agency will acquire your account within 60-90 days if not sooner which could possibly allow this to end up on your credit report.
