Need Refund for Unused Postage Label ~ How ? ? ?

I have one extra postage label. This is an individual label, not a duplicate. How, or can I, get a refund for this unused postage label or is it just lost money and get tossed! I hate to give USPS free money!! Thanks

it's probably too late by now but you have 48 hours to void the postage after that you lose out. Happened to me today so i feel your pain.

So are you saying you only have 48 hours to refund a label that was printed and charged for thru PayPal? After the 48 hours the money is gone.  That needs to change.  If it isn't sent the service is not used a refund should be forthcoming.  Don't you think? I refunded a buyer his money including postage and since I didn't mail out the product with the label I can't get a refund?  I would love to hear the reasoning in this.....Peace and blessings, Colleen
