My PayPal balance does not reflect payments made to my account. Why not?

Hello,

I've had three transactions in my account in the last 7 days. Two where payments made to me for my website of $62.49 and $44.79 (both which PayPal marked as 'complete, please ship...' and one personal purchase I made of $82 using my Amex card linked to my account.

Yet my PayPal balance only shows a balance of one of my payments ($39- $44.79 minus fees and partial refund I gave).  The payment of $62.49 made and cleared on Nov.30th does not show up. Any idea why this is?

Forget it...I ended up calling PayPal directly. Turns out PayPal uses any balances in your account first and then charges your credit card for the balance of your purchases  (i didn't know this).  thanks anyway
